prototyping,
R&D, short run
and production machine shop dedicated to the design and manufacture of
metal
and plastic components. We specialize in machining on castings,
moldings,
extrusions and hard to hold shapes. Above all, we pay strict attention
to
detail and accuracy.

We Can Do For You
Our
full-service machine
shop can
provide services ranging from Mil-Spec work for quality
control
to customer part stocking programs. Specifically, we provide:
· Machining
Services: Milling,
Turning,
Drilling, Sawing, Grinding and Broaching.
· Secondary
Finishing: Directional
graining, Polishing and Grit Blasting.
· Coating
Services: Plating,
Anodizing, Hardcote,
Lacquering and Painting.

Brazing
and Welding: Tig,
Mig, Spot Welding,
Oxy-acetylene Cutting, Phosper Bbronze Bbrazing and Silver Brazing.
· Replacement
Parts Production: We can
make parts for
obsolete
machinery and for the repair of other equipment. Just show us the part
that
needs to be repaired or replaced and we will machine a new one, even if
no
drawing is supplied.
· Sub-components and Final Assembly Services: We can assemble your machined parts for testing or kitting in our assembly areas.

Our shop
can run the
following
materials, job sizes and part dimensions:
· Materials: We can mill aluminum, stainless steel, steel, moly, precious and semi-precious metals or Macor, bisque fired alumina, brass, iron, Monel, Inconel, Kovar, tungsten and plastic.
· Job
Size: We
can produce a single small part, or do a production run
of up to 50,000 pieces.
· Part
Dimensions: The
maximum size for
turned parts is 14
inches in diameter or 24 inches in length. Maximum size for milled work
CNC is
20 inches in width by 50 inches in length. For manual milling the
maximum
recommended size is 12” x 36” and for turning
14” x
10” in gap, or 10”x 36”
between centers.
